This patient wanted to get rid of the fullness under her chin and neck. She also desired a more contoured, defined chin and jawline. Dr. Gerecci performed submental liposuction using a small (<1cm) incision under the chin. A medium sized chin implant was also placed using an incision inside the mouth. The procedure was performed in the office using oral sedation and local anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 1 month after surgery. Note the improved projection of the chin, increased jawline definition, and reduction in submental fat.
