This patient wanted to improve the contour of her lower cheeks and jawline. She was also bothered by her small chin and desired augmentation. Dr. Gerecci recommended buccal fat removal and a chin implant. A small sized chin implant and buccal fat removal was performed using incisions hidden inside the mouth. The procedure was performed in the office under oral sedation and local anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 6 months after surgery. Note the improved definition and contour in the lower cheeks, jawline, and improved chin projection after surgery.
