This patient wanted to improve the contour of her neck and jawline. Dr. Gerecci recommended a deep neck submentoplasty with liposuction. The procedure was performed using a small incision hidden under the chin. The surgery was done in the office under oral sedation and local anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 1 month after surgery. Note the improved neck definition and jawline contour.
