This patient was young (in her late 20s) but felt like her eyes always looked tired and puffy. Dr. Gerecci performed a lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) through a small incision hidden inside the lower eyelid. This was done in the OR at a surgery center under general anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 3 months after surgery. Note the refreshed, less tired appearance of the eyes after the eye bags are removed!
