Before & After Blepharoplasty: Case #1
This lovely 60-year old woman wanted to improve the tired and angry appearance of her eyes. Portland plastic surgeon Dr. Gerecci performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to remove excess skin of the upper eyelids and give a more pleasant, well rested appearance. She had a pre-existing scar on her left forehead from a prior cancer surgery. The scar was not treated but has a slightly improved appearance due to the removal of excess skin in the upper eyelid area.

Before & After Blepharoplasty: Case #2
This 64-year old man was having trouble with his vision due to excess eyelid skin getting in the way. He also wanted to improve the angry and tired look he had that didn't reflect how he felt. Dr. Gerecci performed a combination of procedures to improve his vision and appearance: a modified endoscopic browlift (with incisions hidden in the hairline and a pre-existing forehead crease due to his hairloss pattern), an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and canthopexy. These procedures improved the low position of the brows, removed excess upper eyelid skin, removed extra lower eyelid skin, repositioned fat pads of the lower eyelids, and provided extra support to the lower eyelid.
